Compassionate Leaves

All permanent and contractual employees are entitled to compassionate leaves, in addition to casual/sick and annual leaves. These leaves can be taken when an immediate family or household member passes away or suffers a life-threatening illness or injury. *Immediate family of an employee includes spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandparent and grandchild

Pay Continuation Plan

The loss of the breadwinner can severely impact a household's finances. To alleviate this concern, our life insurance policy includes a Pay Continuation Plan. In the event of an employee's death, their family will receive 50% of the employee’s monthly gross salary for ten years. This ensures financial stability for the grieving family.
